My holiday

I had an awesome time down on the farm with my Nana and Grandad. I got up every morning, really early, to help feed the calves with Nana. Mum said I should be sleeping in a bit longer but I didn't listen to her. I wanted to be outside having fun! I rode on the motorbike everyday to get the cows in or to check that they were calving ok. Grandad took me for a ride in the big tractor too! I loved seeing my cousins Lily & Cooper, my uncles, aunties and Great Grandad & Nan.

Rainy days

It's been raining here lots lately, just like everywhere else by the sound of it. I've taken, once again, to being pushed around in the washing basket. Mum gets Dad to push me around because she's says it's good for him. I went to playcentre this morning, which is always fun. Today I mostly played outside, in the sandpit and had a swing or two. After my snooze, we had to take Pearl our kitten into the vets because she's been sick lately. She has to stay in there overnight so the vets can work out what is wrong with her. I hope she will be ok :(

Workin' on the farm

I've been so busy lately that I've hardly had time to stop and get my photo taken! I've been out helping Dad on the motorbike. It's lambing time so there are loads of lambies running around and I even have one of my very own! Her name is Rolly and she follows me everywhere, with a little encouragement :)

Playing rugby

My Nana and Grandad have been up again which is awesome. I've had lots of fun playing rugby and getting heaps of cuddles.

Playing outside in the leaves

It really fun at our house the moment because there are so many leaves everywhere! Mum and I spent all afternoon exploring the yard & feeding the animals. I can run really fast now and Mum got puffed keeping up with me, he he.

Swimming lessons

Mum has been taking me to swimming lessons for a few weeks now and I am getting really good. I can go under the water and come up again without crying. I just blink a few times then I'm fine :) My swimming instructor is scary though, I don't like him much and I cry when he tries to hold me. Most of the time I love splashing around and playing with the toys in the pool.

My 1st birthday

I am 1! Finally! Yep, I made it to the special day but my party had to be postponed until the next day because Dad had rugby. Us kids had a picnic while the others had a BBQ lunch. Mum made me a pussycat cake which I wanted to keep eating and eating, yummy. I got loads and loads of awesome presents, thank you very much everyone! Mum says I am spoilt. Our new kitten Pearl loves playing with my new toys too.

In the North Island now

We have now moved up to the North Island. I have been doing heaps of cool things like going to swimming lessons and playcentre. It's really hot up here and I have to have a swim in the paddling pool that Nana and Grandad bought me, just about every day! I am getting really good at feeding myself too.
I can now walk, with a few stumbles here and there, but getting better at it every day.
I am looking forward to my 1st birthday coming up very shortly :)

Uncle Dave and Aunty Tegan's wedding

Today Uncle Dave and Aunty Tegan got married. Aunty Tegan looked so beautiful and Uncle Dave looked cool too. Mum made me get all dressed up and wear a stupid thing on my head but I was good and left it on for most of the time. After the ceremony, they had a big party in the Marquee on Nana and Grandad's lawn.
